This service is essentially an "ask me anything" service over a 30 minute phone call.
This is ideal for repeat clients who might need to fine tune their child's sleep schedule/problem solve through a new regression OR for new clients who independent sleepers.
This service would not be ideal for those looking to teach independent sleep skills for the first time. We recommend more support for those families.

Start Dreaming - $110.00

Ideal for ages 0-3 months old or a gift for an expecting mother

This service grants you access to our 14 page booklet covering the following topics: understanding the sleep cycle, safe sleep, day & night confusion, soothing strategies, sample schedules and sleep shaping techniques.

5 email questions OR 2, 20-minute virtual meetings throughout your baby’s first three months of life (or from 3 months of purchase date).
$25.00 off another package if you need more services in the future.
This service is not intended to make your baby sleep through the night, but is designed to increase the likelihood that your baby will naturally become an independent sleeper on their own.

2 Week Reset - $350.00

Ideal for ages 3 months – 3 years old, or those with special needs

This service is ideal for those who struggle to fall asleep own their own, or wake up frequently throughout the night due to problems linking their sleep cycles.
You will receive a personalized sleep plan after filling out a detailed client intake form catered towards your family's needs and goals.

Text message/email support from 7AM-9PM CST.
Wrap-up meeting.

Keep Dreaming - $85.00

Ideal for ages 2+ years old

Grants you access to our 12 page booklet covering the following topics: understanding the sleep cycle, safe sleep, nightmares/terrors, age appropriate sleep training techniques and tips/tricks for making bedtime fun again for the whole family.
This service is ideal for those with independent sleep skills (current or past), those transitioning into a toddler bed/their own bed if co-sleeping, or for those who struggle to stay in their own bed through the night.
This service includes 5 email questions OR 2, 20-minute virtual meetings over 5 months from purchase date
